Hi again!

To cut a long story short:

  1. What the hell is the difference between "Pictures of a City" and "A Man, A City"? Does anyone know?

  2. Has anyone seen any of the Tv appearances by KC listed in FAQ question no.41 (esp. from the 70s)? How may an ordinary fan like me have a chance to see it? Is it possible at all? Can anyone explain it to me?
